Conference Fee

The full conference fee is 8500 CZK and the discounted fee for students 5900 CZK. The prices include VAT. The paid fees are non-refundable, registrants unable to attend may send a substitute.

The conference fee covers participation in the proffesional program, printed conference proceedings, information and advertising materials, three lunches and refreshments during the meeting, two dinners including the social evening and professional excursion. Payment of the conference fee is a prerequisite for publishing the submitted papers in the conference proceedings.

If the conference has to be cancelled due to the worsening of the COVID-19 pandemic, the registration fees will be fully refunded.

Conversion rate: approx. 26 CZK / 1 EUR.

Plase do not pay in advance! Make payment of the conference fee according to the terms that are clearly stated on the invoice you receive. Insert the name of the participant in the field of “Note to payee”. Cash payment is not accepted!

SILVER - 30 000 CZK:
  • Distribution of promotional materials of the company to all participants
  • Poster placement in the main conference room or adjacent rooms

  • Logo of the company projected in the main conference room during breaks
  • Advertisement in the book of abstracts
  • Possibility to show products/solutions/knowledge in adjacent rooms of the conference (table + chair)

GOLD - 45 000 CZK:
  • Distribution of promotional materials of the company to all participants
  • Poster placement in the main conference room or adjacent rooms
  • List of all participants, including electronic contacts
  • Logo of the company projected in the main conference room during breaks
  • Advertisement in the book of abstracts
  • Possibility to show products/solutions/knowledge in adjacent rooms of the conference (table + chair)
  • Possibility to present the company in form of a lecture in the main program of the conference (max. length
    of 15 minutes)
  • Possibility to present a short promotion video (max. 3 min) on the conference website and in the main conference room during breaks
  • Partner acknowledment during opening and closing speech

From each partner, we need the logo of the company in high quality which will be placed on the conference web-sites or other promotional materials. If you are interested in publishing an advertisement of your company in the proceedings of Water Jet 2021 conference, we require one A4 color portrait page in the JPG and PDF format. Resolution of the JPG format should be 600 dpi at minimum. Please, note that the final size of the book of abstracts will be smaller of about 20% than the standard A4 format.
